I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Homeopath, having studied at the College of Integrated Nutrition and Homeopathy under the guidance of Gordon Sambidge and Dr. Khush Mark.

In addition to my work in Nutritional Therapy and Homeopathy, I also offer Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA). This specialised test provides valuable insights into your body’s mineral levels and can help identify any imbalances that may be affecting your health.

How I Found My Calling
My journey into the world of health and wellness has been both transformative and enlightening. It all began with a lifelong interest in health, but it was the challenges of 2020 that sparked my passion for Nutrition and Homeopathy.

After spending a decade in the corporate world, I witnessed first hand how the relentless 9-to-5 hustle can lead to burnout and overwhelm. It was during this time that I faced my own struggles, battling debilitating anxiety and panic attacks in my early 20s. This difficult period pushed me to explore alternative healing methods, and I discovered the profound impact of natural medicine.

Through homeopathy and herbal remedies, I found my path to healing. This experience not only transformed my own health but also ignited a desire to empower others to explore similar avenues to wellness. I became particularly passionate about healing the gut, balancing hormones, and supporting mental health, particularly in relation to anxiety.
